On time answered all my questions, with a bit of humour .All doctors should be like this.

Cdr Taylor is a very pleasant surgeon that talks through the procedure with his patient and if the operation is done under local anaesthetic Cdr Taylor keeps you relaxed by chatting to you and the nurses whilst he is working. I felt totally at ease during my 90 minute procedure.
